Artwork for banner stands and popup systems should be supplied in CMYK as a quarter size high res PDF, with 5mm (at full size) bleed and crop marks, unless specified otherwise. Graphic sizes for all of our system can be found below, or on the appropriate product page.

All our display systems are supplied with high quality graphics matched to the particular product, unless specified otherwise.
Our graphics are printed on 6 colour (CMYK, Light cyan, Light magenta) pigment based or solvent based machines, at resolutions between 360 x 450dpi to 600 x 1200dpi, depending on the application.
We've outlined below a summary of the methods and materials used for many of our systems, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like more information.
Popup graphics - printed on 300 or 350 micron polyester with built in lightblock, and laminated with a 125 micron UV block scuff resistant laminate. These graphics will stand up to substantial handling, and are perfect for extended use on any of our popup stands. Image quality is excellent, with sharp text and images, and vibrant colour.
We can also provide replacement graphics for any existing popup stand, please ask for details.
Roller banner graphics - printed on 125 micron polyester with built in lightblock, and laminated with an 80 micron UV block scuff resistant laminate. This combination of materials, and careful production and finishing, ensure the finished graphic both looks excellent and hangs flat on the stand. Image quality on this material is excellent.
Static banner stands - A variety of materials work on these stands. The best choice is probably popup style 300mic lightblock polyester, with a lighter weight 80mic laminate. Fabrics, and PVC banner can also be used.
Outdoor Systems - solvent printed on 520mic or 440mic matt PVC banner. If particularly windy conditions are expected, or for very large systems like the Plex Vista, a useful alternative is open mesh PVC. Flag systems will have digitally printed flag textiles appropriate to the system.
Counters - printed on 300gsm polyester, with a 125 micron scratch resistant UV block laminate. The Expolinc SoftImage counter is supplied with a solvent printed 240gsm polyester fabric graphic.
Panel Kits - the infill panels on these systems are supplied in 'Nyloop', to accept velcro fixed panels.
A Frames - prints for A Frames are solvent printed on 210 gsm gloss paper, suitable for outdoor use. The pigments in these inks will resist fading for many months outside, and are water resistant.
Lightboxes - transparencies for lightboxes are printed on very high quality diffused translucent film. Transparencies can be made for interior or exterior applications.
Gripframes - can accept pretty much any printed materials, but we'd be happy to supply prints on our 210gsm solvent printed gloss paper, which works particularly well.
*Don't think 1970's brown flares and dodgy shirts with this polyester fabric - this stuff is a smooth, woven textile made to very high tolerences, with a state of the art printable coating. It has a soft matt surface, and very high image quality with a nice bright white and decent blacks. It'll drape perfectly, making it great for hanging banners of any type. It's unique amongst our graphic material in that it can be folded (even ironed) without damage. These attributes make it perfect for static banners stands, as it's very easy to handle - dropping it while hanging it on the stand won't bother it at all.
Also B1 fire rated for use in any public area.
