What are your delivery times?
Our production time is 3 working days. For example, if we receive your artwork on Monday morning, your order will be ready for collection on Thursday morning, or despatch by overnight courier on Thursday night. A working day for us is 9am -5pm, Monday to Friday.

I need it quicker.
Give us a call, we'll see what can be done. Some things just take a specific amount of time and it may not be possible to rush them. We'll always try and work with you.

What are your delivery costs?
Delivery is free for orders over £250.00 (ex vat)
Orders under £250.00 will be shipped by Next Day carrier, at £9.50. Pre 12 and Saturday services are available at additional cost, please check with us.
Same Day courier service may also be available, depending on your location.
You're always welcome to collect work from our Bathgate premises.

What do you print on?

You can find details of print materials and methods in the "graphics" section of our website.

Do your prices include artwork?
No - for graphic products (banner stands, popups etc.) all prices are for supply of the appropriate stand and graphic production only, and assume print ready artwork has been supplied.

Artwork Sizes and specifications?
You can find artwork sizes on each product page, or on the downloadable PDF's available for some products. If in doubt don't hesitate to call.
Our preferred file format is a high res PDF, which should be supplied at 25% of finished size, with 5mm bleed. Alternatively an EPS can be supplied.
We can also work directly from all major current Mac design and layout packages.

A proof should always be supplied, a PDF is fine.
Scans should be CMYK and at least 100dpi at finished size. Please note that there's no visible benefit to supplying scans at resolutions higher than 150dpi at finished size.
If not supplying a PDF, please include or convert to paths/outlines any fonts used.

I've seen the same thing much cheaper.
We're not the most expensive display company, but we're not the cheapest either - our products are, we believe, the best available at that price. If you see something similar at a much lower price, there's probably a reason. Caveat emptor...

Problems
We're confident you'll be happy with the quality of our products and services. If you're not 100% happy, for any reason, please call or email to discuss the problem.

Great care is taken to ensure that your job arrives in good condition. If something arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, but within 48hrs. We may at our discretion repair or replace equipment or graphics. Each case will be assessed individually.
