McBey Display Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Confirmation

Your order will be checked and processed as soon as it is received in our office. You will receive email confirmation of your orders receipt and it's ongoing status.

We understand that by placing an order you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

2. Order Payment

You can pay for your order using our secure shopping cart and payment processing facility. Orders will not be released until cleared funds have been received.
Cards accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo.
If you would like to pay by any other means (for example BACS transfer or cheque) please call us on 01506 635 333 or email to info@mcbeydisplay.co.uk

3. Prices

All prices quoted exclude UK VAT which will be added at the current rate of 15%.
Prices also exclude delivery, which will be added and clearly shown at the checkout.
Orders over £250.00 excluding VAT will be delivered free of charge to one UK mainland address, by 'Next Day' carrier service.

4. Customer Details

Your details will not be passed on to any other party at any time. We may however like to contact you, to keep you informed of new products or special offers. If you would like to be removed from this service, please contact us at info@mcbeydisplay.co.uk. On receipt of your request your name will be withdrawn from our marketing list.

5. Security

We will not allow any other party access to your information at any time.

6. Accounts

Ordering using credit account facilities are not offered at this time through this website. However will be pleased to accept orders by email, fax, telephone or mail for account holders. To discuss account facilities for regular customers, please contact us on 01506 635 333 or accounts@mcbeydisplay.co.uk.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery

We will deliver within 5 working days from receipt of approved artwork, unless specified differently at time of order.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the price unless otherwise stated.
The delivery cost for standard 'Next Day' service by carrier to one mainland UK address is £9.50.
The delivery cost for 'Pre 12 Next Day' service by carrier to one mainland UK address is £15.00.
Any other specific delivery requirements will be charged additionally. You will be informed of any other additional charges if applicable.
Orders over £250.00 excluding VAT will be delivered by carrier on a 'Next Day' service, free of charge.

RETURNS/Complaints

1. Damaged goods

Every effort is made to ensure your order will arrive in good condition.
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in obviously damaged packaging, please either do not accept the parcel or sign for it as damaged.
Please contact us immediately at info@mcbeydisplay.co.uk or telephone on 01506 635 333. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Complaints Procedures

We are confident that you will be happy with our service and the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
